COMMISSION STATUS : OPEN

TERMS OF SERVICE

- You must be at least 18 years of age- All artwork is digital.
No physical item will be shipped. You are purchasing a digital file digital file only.- Upon full payment, ownership of the final artwork is transferred to you (the client).
However, I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, and for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.- You may not claim authorship of the artwork.
While you own the piece, I remain the original creator.- Use of my artwork in any artificial intelligence (AI) tools, software, or datasets is strictly prohibited.
Including but not limited to training or image generation.- By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all transactions and commissions

Commercial Use

- Commercial use (any use intended to generate profit) is not included by default unless explicitly stated.- Some commission types may include commercial usage rights as part of their base pricing.
This will be clearly specified in the commission details or agreed upon during inquiry.- For commissions where commercial use is not included, it must be discussed and approved before work begins.
Additional fees may apply depending on the scope and complexity of the intended use.- You are required to state whether you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes at the time of inquiry.- No commercial use is permitted unless it has been clearly agreed upon in writing.

Process and payment

- My email address and commission form can be found on my order page.- Completed forms will be prioritized.
Please ensure all required information is fully filled out when submitting your request via my business email.- Commissions are not first come, first served.
I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion, including if I am not comfortable with the subject matter or unable to fulfill the commission.- References must be clear and in full colour.
Description-based commissions are accepted; however, these will be treated as character design and may incur additional fees.- Once your request is accepted and pricing is agreed upon, I will begin the sketch phase.
A confirmation of the agreed price is required before any work begins. Sketches will be sent via email or Discord for review.- After sketch approval, an invoice will be issued.
A 50% upfront payment is required before proceeding. The remaining 50% must be paid after approval of a watermarked final version.
The high-resolution, unwatermarked file will be delivered via email or a Google Drive link once full payment has been received.- All payments must be completed within one week unless otherwise agreed upon.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the commission and forfeiture of your slot.- Additional charges may apply for highly detailed characters or requests.
Any extra fees will be communicated and agreed upon before final payment.

Regarding Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that payments compensate for time and work already completed.Refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion at the time of cancellation :

- Not started : Full Refund
- Line Art : 50% refund (line art will be provided)
- Coloring stage : 20% Refund (work-in-progress will be provided)
- Completed Art : NO REFUNDS

Deadlines

- You may request a deadline, provided it allows for a reasonable timeframe.
Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload.
Estimated turnaround time ranges from 3 weeks to 6 months.- If you require your commission to be completed sooner, a priority (rush) option may be available.
Rush orders are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee depending on the requested deadline.

General Communication

- Work-in-progress updates will be provided upon request or when I feel they are necessary.- Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
This will result in immediate cancellation of your commission. Any refund will be issued in accordance with my refund policy based on the stage of completion.- Please remain polite and respectful throughout the process.
I will always communicate with the same level of respect in return.- If you would like a progress update, you are welcome to ask at any time.- Please be mindful of how frequently you request updates, as excessive interruptions may delay progress while I wait for feedback.- The sketch phase is the primary stage for revisions and feedback.
Please be honest and clear about any changes you would like. While I strive to deliver the best possible result, feedback at this stage ensures the final piece meets your expectations.

Revisions and Changes for commissions.

- Minor adjustments may be made after completion, such as small color corrections or tiny details that may have been overlooked.- Corrections due to an error on my part will always be fixed at no additional cost.- Any changes requested after the sketch has been approved or outside of work-in-progress stages may incur additional fees.- Major changes (including pose, composition, or significant design alterations) will require an additional charge.- It is your responsibility to provide clear and complete instructions when placing your order.
I will not redraw or significantly alter a commission once it has been finalized.- Please ensure your request is clear from the beginning to avoid misunderstandings and additional costs.
